Cheap DIY home set up Still Air Box (SAB) for carrying out Mycology work. I found the gauntlet style gloves unnecessary and overkill. Nitrile gloves rubbed with isopropyl were fine for me. Simple 4 inch pipe can also be used and sealed in for the entry holes.
