Postage is calculated by value & weight. This is done automatically in our store as you add items to your cart. Once you check out, our store works out your total order by weight and calculates the appropriate shipping rate for your address. Our 3 Shipping rates are all via Royal Mail 1st class (1-2 business days) and are as follows: 1) For Lower value, low weight items we use a 1st class large letter stamp the total postage + packaging cost for this = £1.25 2) For higher value (4 liquid syringes or above) we ship via 1st class large letter signed for the total cost for this service = £3.75 3) For highest volume or bulkier items Ie. Larger than large letter we ship via 1st class parcel - Postage and packaging for this service = £4.99 We have capped our postage at £4.99 and we will absorb any additional Royal Mail charges for larger orders. We do appologise upfront for postage charges however unfortunately these have increased via Royal Mail as well as the cost of packing materials. We have tried our absolute best to keep postage costs as low as possible for you. We do not offer any budget postage (Ie 2nd class) as we do not want your order sitting in the mail for longer than absolutely necessary Please Note that if ordering on a Friday or Saturday your order will not be shipped until the Monday to save perishable items sitting in the postal service over the weekend. Postage will also be delayed over any bank holidays

Currently we do not have the capacity at our facility to grow actual mushrooms in bulk. This is something we are very keen for in the future, however this will require our own industrial type facility including installing grow rooms etc, units are expensive to rent, along with all the equipment we would require so this is something we will have to carefuly consider. If this is something you would be interested in are you are within a 3hr driving radius of Yeovil, Somerset. Please do get in touch so as we can gauge interest and have a quick chat about which species, quantities, frequency etc you would be interested in purchasing on a regular basis. You never know your email and interest could help us decide to take the plunge!

Unfortunately due to the nature of this product and the unknown of your equipment, set up, knowledge or clean procedures once the outer plastic sleeve containment packets have been opened by you - I will not accept returns or refunds of that item as in effect they are considered used and no longer viable. Please remember - All my cultures are tried and tested in a professional lab set up, prior to being marketed and purchased by you, so when they are sealed in the lab I can almost guarantee they are contaminant free. However on opening the sealed bag and using this product any source of contamination can occur. Spores and contamination are all around us in the air in the trillions... If you experience some form of contamination or problem throughout your grow, please review your own procedures closely first, and research the problem and your growing process online yourself prior to contacting me, as without trying to sound condescending its more than likely something you have done at your end that has gone wrong and caused the issue. Please understand that whilst I am more than happy to help where I can, I am not however here as an online consultant, a guide book for your grow, or here to instruct you step by step on methods, procedures, spawning conditions, fruiting conditions, poor yield problems, a glossary of contamination issues, fault finding, knowledge base etc etc. All the items I sell are highly specialised fresh products, to be used only by people who know what they are doing. I assume on purchasing them you have adequate knowledge and understanding on how to successfully use them and ultimately the common sence and knowledge of the risks we all face in doing so. I hope you can see that for the keen price I sell these at, it is just not time or financially viable for me to offer limitless in depth support and consultation to you. Books, Google & online forums are excellent resources, and there is vast amounts of info out there to read up and improve your mycology processes and procedures. If your not successful at first don't be disheartened and quit, learn from your mistakes, improve, overcome and move forward. Its all part of this great very rewarding yet challenging hobby.
